This high intensity, functional fitness class includes plyometric, sport-specific, military and bootcamp style exercises. You will push, pull, lift, carry and swing your way through 30 or 60 intense minutes working every muscle in your body. Format can vary from Tabata, pyramid, circuit-training. Whichever it is we guarantee to make you sweat! 400 to 800 calories on average burned!!

From beginner to advanced everyone is welcome!

Pump is a barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to PUMP is fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. Burns 500 calories per class on average.

Step Fit is a full body cardio workout. In this class you will use simple movements on, over and around the step. The cardio blocks will push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that will shape and tone your butt and thighs.
