Pacific Fitness Denarau
Pacific Fitness is a newly established Fitness Centre located in the midst of the main tourist attraction, Denarau Island. The gym boasts state of the art equipment housed in an enormous space providing ease and comfort. Pacific Fitness is renowned for the quality and friendly service that is offered to all its members, providing a non-intimidating training environment, to ensure everyone feels comfortable in the fully equipped facility.
Our Group Fitness classes are an excellent way to get started on the right path to a healthy good life. The centre offers a full range of weekly fitness classes including Pump, Yoga, Zumba, BootCamp and Strength & conditioning.

Body Sculpt –
A moderate- intense workout which sculpts the entire body, designed to develop the basics before weight training. Through resistance and cardio training, this one hour class targets major muscle groups also including an express core workout.
Drop the extra kilos and tone your upper body in the intense Box Fit class. Learn a range of boxing combinations and cardio drills to get the heart pumping. Improve strength and coordination as you uppercut, jab and crunch your way to a stronger you!
An intense 30 minute conditioning core work out, designed to tone, build and strengthen your core muscles.
A barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute choreographed workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. You are combining the resistance training and cardio training in one workout! Get the results you came for - and fast! For all Fitness Levels.
A 60 minute freestyle workout that will combine resistance and cardio training working the entire body. Each individual will challenge themselves at their own level. You will start at 10 reps for each exercise and slowly reduce until we get down to 2 reps with the music pumping and you sweating - it is a class you will walk out of feeling pleased with yourself!
