Pacific Fitness has been established in the West of Fiji now since 2015 and we provide both resistance and cardio equipment that rivals our competitors in both quality and quantity. We are proud to be known for our professionalism in all areas of our business from your initial greeting as you enter, to our internationally qualified trainers right down to the cleanliness of our premises. We want to ensure you return to train with us again and again. Our Denarau fitness centre is located at the top of the island within easy walking distance to all the hotels. Our Lautoka fitness centre is located at the south end of Vitogo Parade on level 2 of the Sunbeam Building.

Kurt Wise

Growing up as kids, my mates and I would rep out a million curls after school thinking we’d get stronger for our next rugby match; when game day came, we couldn’t even catch the ball cause our arms were noodles! Fast forward a couple of years, I’m now a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. My biggest motivation is eeing clients excitement after a successful session and seeing them progress to a better version for themselves
