Chuck in some shuttle-runs, abdominal exercises, push-ups and stretching and you have yourself a great full-body workout that burns calories, conditions your entire body and lets off steam at the same time.

This high intensity, functional fitness class includes plyometric, sport-specific, military and bootcamp style exercises. You will push, pull, lift, carry and swing your way through 30 or 60  intense minutes working every muscle in your body. Format can vary from Tabata, pyramid, circuit-training. Whichever it is we guarantee to make you sweat!


Power your body with primal movements from the animal kingdom by crawling, lunging and roaring your way through a sweat-soaked 60minute workout. This class isn’t for the faint-hearted.Full on from the first war cry, our trainers will get your pulse racing and instincts raging. This high intensity interval training using primal moves – push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion is unique. Get ready to blast on average 300 calories every 20 minutes! 



Pump is a barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to PUMP is fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. Burns 500 calories per class on average.   


Yoga is the path you follow to bring together the mind, body, spirit and heart. Yoga improves your breathing, body awareness, posture, flexibility and calmness of the spirit. You’ll also discover an increased ability to balance, life and support yourself. There are many different forms of yoga, so the style will depend on our current in-house instructor.
